After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of the page to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and details.
Royalty Ride Co. is a registered and bonded giveaway company. A third-party sweepstakes company will be drawing the winner.
The giveaway starts on September 1st, 2020 and ends on November 30th, 2020.

Log into your account and click the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the page to see previous orders you have placed. Click on the order you are inquiring about to see your order status. Ensure that the expected shipping date has passed. Add your tracking number at the carrier website to get an update of its location. If your tracking number says your package was delivered, please contact Customer Support. Be sure to include your order number and your name.

Our goal is to have your order processed within 5-7 business days. Usually takes 3-5 business days for shipping. (International orders may take longer due to customs.)
We try to get order shipped as fast as possible while still upholding to our standard of quality.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
Once the order is processed and scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
When the carrier receives your package and scans it, the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours.)
If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please contact Customer Support directly.
If you need an address correction, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of your order with your order number, name, and the correct shipping address so we can take care of you as soon as possible.
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order.
Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the Royalty Ride giveaway vehicles.
Due to current conditions with the COVID-19 Pandemic, Royalty Ride Co. will not be processing any returns or exchanges. Please double check all sizes and colors prior to placing your order.
